Family-Owned & Quality Craftsmanship
Our roots were formed back when our grandfather, Fred LaPonza, built homes outside of Cleveland, OH. Our father, Sam LaPonza, created LP Construction when he took over the family business years later. During summer breaks from school, we – Matt, Mike, and Jason – all worked with our father, learning and gaining so much experience in the industry that we were brimming with ideas for renovation possibilities. Once we graduated, we began working as full-time carpenters with LP Construction. In 2017, we proudly formed LPB Construction Inc. to continue our family’s legacy. We are thrilled to have our talented father working with us to this day.
We are a close-knit Italian family who grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH. This means that in addition to top-tier work, we also bring strong values to our business every day. Currently, we all reside with our families in Parma, Seven Hills, and Hinkley, OH.
